 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My rule of thumb is to get 3 quotes and pick the middle. I also tend to believe that projects can double in time and cost. Juan and Outertainments asked about our budget and then stuck to it (the only of the 3).

Juan was very genuine in his feedback when we were getting our initial quote. Unlike other quotes where it was "yes" to everything (inevitably blowing the budget away), he helped us understand the value of some choices over others (e.g. cement vs pavers). Since this type of project was unfamiliar to us and we weren't certain on details beyond some high level things, he was able to take our suggestions and help us understand the final results. He was also flexible with giving us a few quotes as well as understanding what aspects could be split out to future projects.

Abel (the foreman) and his crew came out and were PHENOMENAL. They were thorough and professional. They went above and beyond regularly. I joked with him on the last day that I'll be seeing him soon when we're ready for the front yard to be updated.

The first question he asked was, "How much are you looking to spend?" and from there we created the backyard of our dreams! From a dirt lot (that used to be a 10ft pool) to a beautiful pavers/turf/urban garden landscape. Juan was extremely helpful in working with the city on permit approval.  We had to make a few changes and he helped give us alternative ideas.  Juan’s team was excellent!  They were hard working, friendly and helpful.

Juan was with us every step of the way, in terms of solidifying and documenting the design details,  choosing the proper materials and structure, and providing excellent workmanship.  He also ran new electric lines to power the outlets we wanted around the perimeter of the deck.  AND, he ran a new gas line out to the pool heater we were installing at the same time, including working with the City to get the proper permits etc.    Overall exceptional service and results from Juan and his team! Juan came as scheduled and we showed him a picture of what we wanted the end result to look like.
Juan's crews were amazing in preparing the yard for the swim spa and then installing pavers, privacy wall, paver plant  area with seating, low voltage lighting, BBQ island and pergola.
It is beautiful and exactly like the picture we showed him.
While every large job like this one had a few small delays we were pleased with the communication and completion of the job.
Juan was easy to work with when we added or deleted a few items, he also problem solved the swim spa cover holder.
Outertainments did not cut any corners and made sure we were pleased with the completed job.

I just called them to try and find some hard to find stone that broke off, Not only did he find it, and buy it for me... After two years I didn’t expect him to install it and buy me two extra cases for me, just in case the stone is discontinued.
